Job summary

BoyleSports in Ballinrobe is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the Retail team. You will assist the Shop Manager and team with daily store operations, open/close, handle customer bets, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will need strong numeracy, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-focused approach. Full training is provided, with opportunities for progression within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Lead in the absence of managers and supervise shop team.
• Open and close the shop; manage cash procedures.
• Accept and process customer bets through various channels; use EPOS system.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and promote multi-channel/digital journey.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and ensure compliance procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Support training and upskilling to progress within BoyleSports.
