Job summary

BoyleSports in Portumna is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support the Shop Manager in daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist with bet settlement through terminals and EPOS, open/close the shop, and guide the team while maintaining high shop standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility, strong numeracy, and excellent communication to build rapport with customers and promote BoyleSports’ products both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations.

• Manage cash procedures and process bets via terminals and EPOS.
• Provide outstanding customer experience and promote in-store and online offerings.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and support multi-channel/digital journey.
