Job summary

BoyleSports is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our Borrisokane shop in Ireland. You will support the Shop Manager and team to provide an outstanding customer experience while handling bets, cash and EPOS transactions, and maintaining store standards.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, operate 7 days a week, and have opportunities to develop within the company through on-the-job training and progression into senior roles as you gain experience and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Step up in absence of managers; open/close shop and guide staff.
• Manage and guide the shop team and cash procedures.
• Accept bets via terminals and EPOS accurately.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and introduce multi-channel offerings.
• Maintain high shop presentation and comply with procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer experience with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment and pursue on-the-job training.
• Support social responsibility duties and teamwork.
