Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with daily shop operations
• Open and close the shop and guide the team in absence of managers
• Cash management procedures and EPOS transactions
• Provide outstanding customer experience and answer inquiries
• Introduce customers to multi-channel/digital offerings
• Maintain high shop presentation and safety/compliance standards
• Support training and upskilling opportunities as available
• Work well under pressure while delivering accurate bets and payouts
