Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Open and close the shop and manage cash procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer experience and handle bets via multiple channels.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and promote multi-channel/digital journey.
• Maintain high presentation standards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Be proactive in training and progression opportunities.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
