Job summary

BoyleSports, located in Mallow, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily shop operations and deliver exceptional service. You will assist the Shop Manager, handle cash and EPOS transactions, and welcome customers into our multi-channel betting journey.

Training will be provided, with potential for progression in a dynamic retail environment. The role requires flexibility to work across seven days, a friendly, reliable attitude, and strong numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day shop operations.
• Lead shop operations when needed, including opening/closing and guiding the team.
• Manage cash handling procedures and EPOS transactions.
• Introduce customers to multi-channel/digital offerings and products.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and comply with procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a helpful, friendly approach.
