BoyleSports seeks a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Stillorgan shop. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing the shop, guiding staff, and handling cash.

You will also accept bets and process transactions via EPOS and betting terminals, acting as a brand ambassador for a multi-channel journey. The role requires flexibility to work seven days a week, strong numeracy and communication skills, and a keen

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Lead shop operations in the absence of management, including opening and closing the shop and guiding the shop team.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable approach.
• Accept bets and process customer bets through multiple channels (betting terminals and EPOS system).
• Act as brand ambassador and introduce customers to multi-channel/digital journey.
• Work under pressure while seeking opportunities to improve yourself and the shop.
