BoyleSports in Ardee is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team. You will support the Shop Manager and team to ensure smooth daily store operations, handle bets, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the shop, supervising staff as needed, cash handling, and promoting our in-store and online offerings. A positive attitude and keen interest in sport will help you excel in a busy retail betting environment.

Mansioni

Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the shop.
Step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager including being responsible for opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the shop team, cash management procedures.
Opportunity to manage on occasion which will lead to further development opportunities.
Work in a fast-paced retail environment while undertaking training/on the job supports to upskill and progress within the company.
Provide an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable approach.
Accept bets as per procedure, accurately taking and processing customer bets through multiple channels including betting terminals and in shop transactions via the EPOS System.
Act as a Brand Ambassador introducing customers to multi-channel/digital journey.
Work under pressure and stay calm while seeking shop improvements.
Maintain shop presentation standards to a high quality throughout the day.
Ensure all safety, compliance and shop operation procedures are followed.
