Web Summit in Ireland is hiring for a Speaker Relations Specialist within the Key Attendee Success team. You will be the main contact for speakers, coordinating travel, schedules, and on-site needs to ensure a seamless experience at our global events.

You will work with speakers, media, and investors teams, improve processes, manage logistics, and build relationships with top organisations. 1+ year experience in relationship/account management or customer service preferred, with strong planning

Responsibilities

• Act as internal point of contact for speakers at events.
• Improve processes and workflows that result in an excellent event experience for attendees.
• Manage all logistics and scheduling for speakers attending events.
• Manage and fulfil any speaker-related activities at events.
• Liaise with other teams and ensure clear communication channels exist.
• Foster relationships with some of the most highly regarded organisations.
