Job summary

Websummit in Dublin is seeking a Media Success Team member to enhance the experience of media attendees at exciting tech events. You’ll be the point of contact for journalists, responsible for managing logistics and ensuring a seamless event experience.

Candidates should have 3+ years in relationship management, excellent planning and communication skills, and a bias for action to adapt and solve problems swiftly. The role involves close collaboration with media organisations, making each event unforgettable for all involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a relationship/account management or customer service role.
• Exceptional planning, scheduling and communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal point of contact, improving processes and workflows.
• Manage all logistics and scheduling for media attendees.
• Liaise with and foster relationships with media organisations.
