Job summary

Clio is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist, EMEA, to join our Dublin‑based Customer Success Team in a hybrid role. You will deliver live onboarding sessions, help customers realise value, and collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Product teams to ensure a smooth lifecycle.

You should be fluent in Spanish, customer‑obsessed, proactive, and comfortable leading sessions via Zoom, with experience using Salesforce or similar SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent/proficient in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong customer-facing experience and obsession with delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Proactive mindset with ability to craft creative solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily live onboarding sessions via Zoom, guiding customers through setup and value realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Enablement and Tech teams to ensure smooth product adoption and lifecycle success.
• Own customer health and drive proactive churn prevention during the onboarding phase.
