Job summary

Meili in Ireland is seeking a commercially aware Customer Success Manager (Spanish speaking desirable) to manage a portfolio of customer relationships, drive retention and identify growth opportunities during a 9 to 12 month maternity cover contract. This hands-on role collaborates with Sales, Product and Operations to deliver successful integrations and measurable outcomes.

You will use data and customer insights to develop success plans, monitor performance, and escalate risks early.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships for an assigned portfolio to support retention.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ objectives and translate into growth opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding handover from Sales to Customer Success.
• Provide technical guidance for timely integrations.
• Monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead quarterly success plans with measurable actions.
• Coordinate across customers, partners and internal teams to deliver requests.
• Share insights to enable business performance.
