Job summary

Clio in Dublin is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist, EMEA to join our Customer Success Team in a hybrid role connected to our Dublin Hub. Clio’s Dublin team drives our EMEA expansion and is home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success.

We are looking for someone who is interested in playing a critical role in a close‑knit team as we strive to become the market leader in Spain.

Qualifications

Full professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
Experience working with API‑driven applications.
Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom and internal tools.
Identify value milestones and drive towards realising total value for the firm.
Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through post‑ownership.
Collaborate with Sales and Enablement for smooth product adoption.
Manage multiple client cases with deadlines and task ownership.
Maintain customer account health and mitigate churn risk.
Contribute to the customer-facing knowledge base and train teams as needed.
Stay updated with Clio’s product suite and best practices.
