Job summary

The K Club is seeking an experienced Spa Reservationist to join our team. You will coordinate spa reservations and optimise revenue alongside the team, while ensuring guest preferences and policies are clearly communicated.

Accountabilities include maintaining a detailed events calendar, verifying offerings, confirming bookings, upselling extras, and coordinating with Spa reception. Fluency in English and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa/reservation coordination is preferred.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Spa’s reservations and revenue maximisation daily.
• Compile a comprehensive events/demand calendar and update into the system.
• Check all Spa offerings and do monthly comparisons, including day spa.
• Ensure non-residents receive email confirmations detailing policies.
• Call hotel residents two weeks before arrival to reconfirm reservations and upsell extras.
• Ensure confirmations are complete and special requests are catered for.
• During arrivals, allocate dining options and reserve for guests.
• Reconfirm treatments by phone one week out.
• Attend weekly spa meetings.
• Liaise with Spa reception for all bookings.
• Allocate treatments to Therapists accurately.
• Maximise day spa business and send daily spa report.

Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:

• To coordinate the Spa’s reservations and revenue maximisation strategy on a day to day to-day basis.
• To compile a comprehensive events/demand calendar and update into concept
• To check all Spas offerings and do comparisons on a monthly basis, this is to include day spa
• To ensure all non-residents reservations receive an email confirmation outlining the treatment and cancellation policy
• To call all hotel residents pre arrival two weeks out to reconfirm all aspects of their reservation including spa, golf, dining, leisure activities, bed type, billing information and to upsell extras
• Ensure all confirmations are complete and special requests are catered for
• To ensure during the arrivals process that all dining options are given and reserved for arrival guests.
• To reconfirm all treatments by phone – one week out.
• To attend weekly spa meeting
• To liaise with Spa reception regarding all bookings
• To ensure the correct allocation of treatments to Therapists
• Ensure day spa business is maximised
• Send daily spa report
