Job summary

Great National Hotel Ballina is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the Eidin Spa. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a hands-on leadership role.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in spa management, a recognized beauty therapy qualification, and strong people management skills. A hotel environment experience and promotions development are a plus. Hybrid working is not indicated; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in spa management or comparable leadership role.
• ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification in beauty therapy or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, people-management and guest-service skills.
• Experience in rostering, budgeting, stock control and vendor management.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Eidin Spa, including staffing, rosters and scheduling.
• Lead and develop the spa team to consistently high standards.
• Ensure treatments and consultations meet professional protocols.
• Control spa revenue, labour costs and departmental expenses.
• Drive treatment, package and retail sales; develop promotions.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to enhance the guest journey and packages.
• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly.
