The g Hotel & Spa in Galway seeks an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to lead the spa opening and ongoing operations. You will supervise a team, ensure exceptional guest care, manage staff relations, training and marketing initiatives, while supporting financial performance and spa standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or Spa Management or equivalent experience, with a passion for service and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Spa Management or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise spa employees to deliver outstanding treatments and guest service.
• Perform spa treatments as required.
