Job summary

Great National Hotel Ballina seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead Éidin Spa, oversee day-to-day operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will manage treatments, staff performance and spa marketing, with a strong emphasis on revenue and quality guest care. A minimum of three years in spa management is required, along with ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualifications. This is a hands-on leadership role at a hotel spa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in spa management or a comparable leadership position.
• ItEC/ CIBTAC and/or CIDESCO qualification in beauty therapy or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in rosters, budgets, stock and departmental expenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Éidin Spa, staffing, rosters, scheduling, and presentation.
• Lead, train and develop the spa team while maintaining guest care standards.
• Ensure treatments and consultations meet professional standards.
• Drive spa revenue, labour costs and financial targets.
• Develop promotions and local marketing to attract clients.
• Monitor bookings and adjust staffing for demand.
• Maintain stock levels and product controls.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and SOP compliance throughout the spa.
