3D Personnel Ltd. is assisting a well-established 4-star hotel in Galway to appoint a Hotel Manager who will lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee Rooms, F&B, events and leisure, while supporting growth and profitability in a busy hospitality environment. The role reports to senior leadership and requires a commercially focused hospitality leader with a proven track record in people management, cost control and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We are seeking a Hotel Manager for Galway to join a 4-Star Hospitality Property.

Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking to take the next step in your career with a leading 4-star hotel operation in Galway?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel for an ambitious and commercially focused Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth and success of a busy hospitality business. The property offers a strong mix of accommodation, food & beverage, weddings, events, conferencing and leisure facilities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance and commercial results across all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest service standards.
• Oversee departmental performance across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events and Leisure operations.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance and key operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop management and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and company policies.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to implement strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Hotel Manager, Deputy GM, Operations Manager or Assistant GM position.
• Strong operational experience within a hotel environment.
• Food & Beverage leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing weddings, events or conference business would be advantageous.
• Proven track record in team leadership and people management.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
