Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is seeking a commercially driven Spa Business Development Manager to grow revenue, attract new customers and unlock the full potential of our spa offering. The role focuses on turning ideas into action, building lasting business relationships, and delivering measurable improvements to our spa's commercial performance.

You will identify opportunities, develop initiatives and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand bookings and drive sales across spa

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or a commercially focused role.
• Proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and deliver results.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and a proactive approach.
• Confidence developing sales initiatives and working towards revenue targets.
• Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality or leisure would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver initiatives to grow spa revenue and generate new business.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, local businesses and external partners.
• Create attractive spa packages, promotions and campaigns to drive bookings.
• Identify opportunities to increase treatment sales, gift vouchers, retail revenue and repeat business.
• Work with the hotel's Sales and Marketing teams to promote the spa and reach new audiences.
• Monitor commercial performance, track results and identify opportunities for further growth.
