Job summary

Radisson Blu Limerick is seeking a friendly Fitness & Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, manage appointments, greet visitors, and support daily Spa and Leisure operations.

You will handle the booking system, answer enquiries, upsell spa services, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service while working with a supportive hospitality team. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and front-desk software (Trybe is desirable)
• Flexibility for weekend, morning, or evening shifts.
• Experience in a leisure, hospitality, or receptionist role is highly valued.
• Qualifications in Lifeguard duties, First Aid and as a Fitness Instructor are all highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and manage appointments and inquiries.
• Greet customers in a polite, warm and professional manner.
• Handle enquiries for Spa/Leisure Centre and convert to bookings and memberships.
• Manage the day-to-day booking system and ensure accurate information.
• Schedule spa services and monitor staff availability for prompt service.
• Maintain knowledge of treatments, services, and promotions.
