Job summary

Allied Health/Nursing is seeking Social Care Workers for agency roles to support temporary emergency residential placements for children and young people. You will provide child-centred care within a multidisciplinary team in a safe, supportive environment.

This agency role offers flexible assignments across children’s residential services with weekly payroll and ongoing recruitment support. A driving licence and CORU registration are required, and eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care (or related discipline).
• Experience in residential, disability, or community services is desirable.
• CORU registration (or application in progress) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to respond calmly to challenging situations.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting compassionate, motivated, and experienced Social Care Workers to join our agency team, supporting temporary emergency residential placements for children and young people.

About the Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, child-centred care to children and young people within temporary emergency residential placements. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

This agency role offers flexible assignments across a range of children’s residential services while maintaining the highest standards of care and professional practice.
