Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker in Ireland to support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs in trauma‑informed, person‑centred care.

You’ll provide day‑to‑day care, promote independence and wellbeing, support education and personal development, and work within a flexible, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or CORU-eligible).
• CORU registration (or eligibility).
• Full clean driving licence valid in Ireland.

As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, providing day-to-day care while promoting independence, wellbeing, education, and personal development.

Key Requirements

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or an equivalent qualification eligible for CORU registration)
• CORU registration (or eligibility)
• Full clean manual driving licence valid in Ireland
• Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours
• Knowledge of the National Standards for Children’s Residential Centres
• Right to live and work in Ireland
