Job summary

Covalen is seeking a Claims Analyst for the Slovak market based in Dublin. The role focuses on providing service support in life insurance, resolving claims, and informing customers within a major EU insurer’s framework.

The role requires Slovak and English fluency, at least 1 year in a similar setting, and eligibility to work in Ireland. Hybrid work model, Mon-Fri hours, and ISO-aligned controls are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Slovak and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in insurance or claims processing.
• Experience reviewing and analysing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and policy information to branches and customers via call centre and email.
• Administer claims-related documentation and forward requests to recipients.
• Register information in systems and resolve customer claims promptly.
• Reconcile legal documents per procedures and guide customers through the policy process.
• Record customer interactions in systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and respond to feedback as instructed.
