Job summary

The Brennan & Co Group in Dublin seeks a Service Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling and coordination of service for customers. Working with engineers, you will help ensure timely responses and accurate administration of service calls.

You will collaborate with contracts teams, handle quotations, invoicing, and parts logistics, and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Service Coordination or similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service engineers and communicate with customers.
• Schedule PPM and breakdown calls.
• Process and invoice service calls and parts.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for service work.
• Lodge monthly maintenance calls and reports.
• Assist with contract renewals and tender pricing.
• Maintain parts inventory and supplier liaison.
