Job summary

The Forklift Centre in Dublin is seeking a Service Coordinator/Administrator to join our busy forklift service department. You will coordinate breakdowns, planned servicing and certifications, while keeping customers informed and the service admin up to date.

Working with the Service Manager, engineers and parts team, you will manage multiple jobs daily, maintain high standards of customer service and organise documentation and certificates as required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities at the same time.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer breakdown calls and logging jobs.
• Booking planned servicing and certifications.
• Managing service department emails.
• Issuing job sheets to engineers.
• Contacting customers to arrange engineer access and service appointments.
• Preparing customer estimates.
• Following up outstanding work and estimates where appropriate.
• Creating and updating jobs within Insphire.
• Monitoring outstanding jobs and follow-up work.
• Processing and issuing GA1 certificates.
• Completing insurance and customer‑specific documentation.
• Processing warranty paperwork.
• General administration and support for the Service Manager and engineering team.
