Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a talented Account Executive to drive the Service Cloud sales strategy in Ireland and beyond. You will work with the Service Cloud, Call Center, and Field Service Management solutions, collaborating with the broader account team to grow revenue and expand the customer base.

You will act as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers, evangelising Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and helping organisations achieve business goals in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Be creative with strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in software solution sales is desirable.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Fluent English is essential; additional Eastern European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy.
• Drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base.
• Develop new customers in the Commercial space in the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe region.
• Collaborate with the Core Account Executive and broader account team.
• Advise customers as a trusted advisor to evangelise Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
