Job summary

Audi Wexford is seeking a friendly, organised Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in Wexford. You will be the main point of contact between customers and workshop technicians, ensuring a first-class service from booking to vehicle collection.

Responsibilities include managing bookings, welcoming customers, coordinating handovers, discussing costs and timelines, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Good attention to detail when handling customer information and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the motor industry.
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or the motor industry would be an advantage.
