Job summary

Audi Wexford is seeking an enthusiastic Workshop Controller to join our Aftersales team. The role focuses on keeping the service department running smoothly with ongoing training and clear chances for progression.

You will coordinate workshop workflow, manage bookings, uphold safety standards, oversee vehicle handovers, conduct test drives, and ensure proper waste disposal while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical knowledge or workshop experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Workshop Coordination - Manage workflow between technicians and the service team to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Scheduling & Bookings - Organise workshop appointments and keep diaries on track.
• Standards & Safety - Maintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped workshop environment.
• Vehicle Handover - Oversee the final preparation and quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Test Drives - Conduct test drives as needed to confirm all repairs meet our high standards.
• Waste Management - Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in line with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Customer Focus - Contribute to a premium customer experience through clear communication and timely service delivery.
