Responsibilities

• Workshop Coordination – Manage workflow between technicians and the service team to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Scheduling & Bookings – Organise workshop appointments and keep diaries on track.
• Standards & Safety – Maintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped workshop environment.
• Vehicle Handover – Oversee final preparation and quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Test Drives – Conduct test drives to confirm repairs meet our standards.
• Waste Management – Ensure proper disposal of waste materials per safety guidelines.
• Customer Focus – Deliver premium customer experience through clear communication and timely service.
