QT Technologies Ireland Limited in Cork is seeking a Staff Workday Analyst to join our HR Systems Technology team. This techno-functional role demands extensive Workday HCM experience across multiple modules, delivering secure, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and vendors to design, implement, and support end-to-end Workday solutions in a fast-paced environment, while coordinating UAT and ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years IT experience without a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years).
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge across Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Security, and Learning.
• Experience with Workday integrations and Studio/EIB.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Workday HCM subject matter expert for various HRIS modules or functional areas.
• Offer technical and architectural guidance for Workday integrations.
• Hands-on experience with the full integration lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
• Coordinate with IT support and business teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze, design, and maintain Workday configurations to meet user needs.
• Complete assigned tasks within project timeframes.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from execution to post-production support.
• Design and prototype solutions and present options.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across teams.
