The role combines strategic system development with hands-on problem solving, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, while growing the HR Management Systems team and driving improvements to performance

• Experience with HR platforms and system ownership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key HR technology platforms and drive improvements.
• Lead HR technology projects with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage data conversions, integrations and security considerations.
• Develop and manage plans for large-scale HR tech initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Support change management and user adoption with guidance and materials.
• Provide coaching and development to the HRIS team.
• Stay informed on HR tech best practices and governance.
