- Workday experience with compensation modules; advanced compensation preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's (required) or Master’s (preferred) in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation work streams and configuration.
- Manage end-to-end annual review cycle administration and related SDLC tasks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design solutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge within global HR technology teams.
