Job summary

Our client in Ireland seeks an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Product Owner to join the HR Management Systems team. You will lead the development and optimisation of Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions and act as the Product Owner within an Agile delivery environment.

You will define product strategy, prioritise backlogs, translate business requirements into actionable user stories and support Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review processes.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management.
Proven Product Owner or HR Systems equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
Experience delivering in an Agile environment and managing backlogs.
Proven ability to capture business requirements and write user stories.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Track record of HR system improvements and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation and optimisation of Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions.
Act as Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment with HR stakeholders and tech teams.
Define product strategy, prioritise backlog and translate requirements into user stories.
Manage Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review processes.
Coordinate programme plans and support the Annual Review cycle execution.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system functionality and employee experience.
Ensure HR technology solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
