The role leads the configuration and improvement of Advanced Compensation and supports Core HCM or Talent and Performance processes, collaborating across teams to enhance our global workforce.

This full-time, onsite position in Cork requires strong experience in Workday compensation streams, SDLC leadership, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation work streams.
• Hands-on end-to-end Workday annual review cycle administration.
• Manage SDLC: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define business processes and measure delivery results.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate with global teams.
