Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a qualified candidate to support and enhance Compensation programs via Workday and robust data analysis. You’ll own the monthly accruals, coordinate testing, and deliver insightful reports to inform decision‑making, partnering with PT, Finance, Payroll, Technology and vendors.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, process improvement, and strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid Letterkenny setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, process management, HR operations or compensation admin.
Experience with Workday or similar HR systems, including reporting and testing.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data evaluation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the monthly accrual process in Workday with validation and reconciliation.
Support and enhance Workday Compensation processes via configuration, testing and production support.
Lead and support business analysis for projects, coordinating testing with tech teams.
Develop and deliver reporting, metrics and insights for operations and compensation programs.
Partner with People Team, Finance, Payroll, Tech and vendors to drive process improvement and controls.
