Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect to support telecoms-based fraud and nuisance communications solutions. Hybrid role in Dublin with high onsite presence, overseeing design, delivery, and supplier management across business, tech, and regulatory stakeholders.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specs, guiding architecture, managing third-party delivery, and developing BI/reporting capabilities using Power BI

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of Voice and SMS services, including network design/operations.
• Experience with telecom operators, regulators, vendors, or related organisations.
• Proven delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to implementation.
• Strong solution architecture and technical design experience.
• Ability to produce detailed technical specifications and documentation for technical and business users.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and development teams.
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect telecom solutions addressing fraud and nuisance communications.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical specs and process docs.
• Lead delivery from design to deployment and handover.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders for successful rollout.
• Develop data management, reporting, and BI capabilities.
