Job summary

eir business talent is seeking a Project Manager to lead a telecommunications infrastructure upgrade programme in Dublin 2. This hybrid role requires two days onsite weekly and delivers across large-scale technical infrastructure projects.

The role involves coordinating telecoms, network and vendor workstreams, with emphasis on governance, dependencies and stakeholder engagement to deliver on time, on budget and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecoms or technical infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑team delivery with external suppliers.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications and infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, network, operations and vendor teams.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide reporting to programme leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Support change management and continuous improvement.
