Qualifications

• Significant telecoms industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Voice and SMS services.
• Experience with telecom operators, regulators, vendors, or telecoms tech organisations.
• Proven delivery of complex technical projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong solution architecture and technical design experience.
• Ability to produce detailed technical specifications and documentation for technical and business users.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and development teams.
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business, operational, and regulatory requirements for telecom enhancements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, designs, process docs, and user guidance.
• Propose new technical interventions to address fraud and security threats.
• Develop processes and frameworks for future telecom initiatives.
• Manage projects from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment and handover.
• Act as technical authority during delivery, guiding and resolving issues.
• Coordinate implementation activities and rollout of new functionality.
• Manage project documentation, testing, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Engage with stakeholders across industry, business, technical, and regulatory environments.
• Support procurement, tender preparation, supplier evaluation, and solution assessment.
• Develop data management strategies and BI capabilities; assist dashboards and reporting tools.
