Job summary

Irish Government regulatory organisation is hiring a Digital Transformation Project Manager on a contract basis to lead multi-workstream digital transformation initiatives in Dublin. The role involves bridging business strategy, stakeholder needs and technology delivery, and delivering measurable business value.

Hybrid attendance is required with on-site presence in Dublin City Centre 2-3 days per week. Initial 6–12 month engagement with strong chance of extension based on project progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading medium to high complexity projects in banking or financial services environments.
• Experience with automation solutions including RPA platforms and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Change management certification (Prosci/ACMP/CCMP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream digital transformation projects from conception through delivery and realisation.
• Develop business cases, manage risks, track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Define and maintain operating models, governance, and escalation pathways for digital initiatives.
