Job summary

Vantage Resources is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a 12-month contract in Dublin. The role is Hybrid, requiring leadership across data centre infrastructure and product deployments while coordinating Engineering, Architecture, Operations and Finance teams.

You will develop business cases, manage budgets, and handle vendors, delivering programmes on time with risk controls and clear executive updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing complex technology programmes.
• Experience managing large-scale business cases, budgets and vendors.
• Strong technical understanding and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes, including data centre infrastructure and product deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Architecture, Operations and Finance.
• Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Develop business cases, financial models, forecasts and funding proposals for strategic infrastructure initiatives.
• Monitor delivery metrics and provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers, improve delivery processes and ensure production readiness.
• Manage third-party vendors and drive continuous improvement across programmes.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and operational deliverables.
