Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Telecoms Programme Manager for a long-term contract in Dublin. The role focuses on leading a major network transformation, coordinating multiple workstreams, and delivering critical communications infrastructure from design through to operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale programmes within the Telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record leading network infrastructure, connectivity, voice, or communications-related transformation programmes.
• Strong programme governance, planning, financial management, and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex telecoms and network infrastructure programme.
• Oversee the rollout of connectivity, transmission, WAN, voice, and associated technology solutions across multiple sites.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and project managers to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, delivery milestones, budgets, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls across the programme.
• Ensure all governance, compliance, and documentation requirements are met.
