Job summary

Silent Aire in Dublin, part of Johnson Controls, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business in hyperscale cooling and modular data centre solutions. You will identify data centre clients across EMEA, articulating tailored HVAC offerings and owning the sales cycle.

The role demands a hunter mindset, consultative selling, and close collaboration with product, logistics and operations teams to meet revenue targets and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or technical sales, preferably in HVAC or data centre sectors.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and ability to translate features into client value.
• Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented with strong prioritisation across multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and win new data centre clients across EMEA.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide consultative technical sales support on HVAC solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with engineers, architects and data centre stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal product, logistics and operations teams.
