Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the data centre industry (cooling/HVAC/power/critical infrastructure).
• Established network of decision-makers within major data centre operators, developers, contractors and consultants.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-million-euro projects.
• Experience in strategic sales, key account management or global account management.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long project lifecycles.
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with major data centre accounts across Ireland and EMEA.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across hyperscale and colocation data centre markets.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Build and manage a substantial sales pipeline across long-term project cycles.
• Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers across the data centre ecosystem.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract closures.
• Position HVAC, cooling and controlled-environment solutions across large-scale data centre projects.
• Collaborate with international sales, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and provide market insights.
• Aim for ambitious revenue and order-intake targets while maintaining relationships.
