Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Data Centre Key Account Manager for Ireland, specializing in HVAC/cooling solutions. This strategic role targets hyperscale, colocation and data centre operators across Ireland and the wider EMEA.

You will own key accounts, develop long-term relationships and identify major opportunities across the full project lifecycle. A track record in data centre ecosystems and complex sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within the data centre industry.
• Proven ability to win large-scale, multi-million-euro projects.
• Experience in strategic sales or global account management.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with major data centre accounts across Ireland and EMEA.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across hyperscale and colocation data centre markets.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Build and manage a substantial sales pipeline across long project cycles.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and closing of major contracts.
• Position innovative HVAC, cooling and controlled-environment solutions across large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with international sales, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams.
• Provide strategic market and performance insights through regular account reviews.
