Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead a large kitchen team, ensuring top-quality dishes and seamless operations across all outlets. The role reports to the Executive Head Chef and requires strong leadership, supervision, and a focus on hygiene standards within a luxury hotel environment.

You'll deputise for the Executive Head Chef when needed, train and develop the kitchen team, and work closely with all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively manage a large team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with hotel management to ensure high-quality dishes from the kitchen.
• Direct and coordinate Kitchen and F&B teams for daily operations.
• Supervise the kitchen team daily and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure preparation and cooking comply with health and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in stock preparation and daily orders for fresh and dry stores.
