Ballymascanlon Hotel & Spa Resort is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Leinster. The role reports to the Head Chef and involves assisting in daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring top-quality dishes and hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience in a busy kitchen, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Proven ability to work in a professional kitchen.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role in a busy kitchen.

• Assist in running the kitchen and supervise staff.
