Job summary

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa in Meath, Ireland, is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will work with the Pastry Chef to deliver high-quality desserts and pastry items for guests across outlets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a busy kitchen, pastry experience, and flexibility to cover morning and evening shifts including public holidays; we offer a welcoming environment, staff benefits, and opportunities for development within Windward Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Must be available to work a mixture of morning & evening shifts and public holidays.
• Experience working in a busy pastry section.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our team of chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to create and deliver high-quality pastry dishes.
• Produce high-quality products for service.
• Support the F&B team to deliver top guest service.
• Contribute to dessert menus with appropriate dishes and ideas.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.
• Assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards and HACCP compliance.
