Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for UK/I and Remote - Ireland. The role partners with sales to drive value-driven propositions, using technical knowledge to support both prospective and expanding deals.

You will build relationships, learn HubSpot products, understand customer challenges, and coach junior team members while contributing to cross-functional projects and regional onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• PreSales, technical consultant/sales role or similar (3+ years).
• Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders and dealing with external customers.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and developing yourself.
• Heart-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Learn HubSpot products to propose solutions.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value.
• Lead and contribute to projects related to PreSales, sales and wider business.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
