Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Ireland to partner with the sales organisation and drive value-driven deals. You will leverage your technical expertise to become a trusted advisor for both sales and services, guiding prospective and expanding engagements.

You will build strong relationships, deepen product knowledge, and translate customer challenges into technical value that aligns with business goals. You will participate in presales projects and mentor colleagues as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre-sales/technical consultant role or similar.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with internal teams and external customers.
• Willingness to learn from feedback and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of HubSpot products to propose stronger solutions.
• Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value to meet business goals.
• Lead projects related to presales, sales and wider business.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
