Job summary

Coyle Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical ServiceNow Consultant to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, leveraging AI to optimize workflows and drive business value across engagements.

You will guide workshops, define future-state processes, review technical deliverables, and mentor junior consultants while maintaining high standards of solution quality and customer value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services/Consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications.
• Expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings with prescriptive guidance and hands-on leadership.
• Creative with comfort running projects independently.
• Experience working collaboratively to resolve complex issues.
• Guide customers through documentation and discussions, driving innovation and ensuring delivery.
• Participate in workshops to assess processes and establish future-state designs.
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
• Provide feedback to product development based on customer experiences.
• Contribute to status reports across engagements.
• Independently leverage AI to optimize workflows and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions independently leveraging AI to optimize workflows, tailor customer solutions and inform strategic decisions.
• Guide customers through technical documentation and discussions, driving innovation for consistent delivery.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
